After having a large gap in between my front teeth for 18 years, I figured it was time to visit a
dentist. I chose Dr. Prager simply because he did WHAT I WANTED! Other dentists wanted
to straighten my top and bottom teeth…even though I didn’t want my bottom teeth
straightened; I didn’t feel the need. Dr. Prager gave me Invisalign and after that I could feel
and notice a difference after the first week, but the cool thing was, nobody could see them. I
would recommend Invisalign to anybody who wants straight teeth without metal wire in their
mouth. It’s really easy and for the most part painless.

Invisalign changes large and small
I can honestly say that Invisalign braces were much easier and made a bigger difference
than I ever anticipated. Wearing the braces is truly invisible and very few people noticed
during the 18 months I wore them. There were also a couple of unanticipated side effects.
First, I always had difficulty flossing my teeth like I knew I should. Taking out the liners to
eat, however, really motivated me to clean and floss my teeth every single time before I put
them back in. Now I can’t imagine not flossing before I put the retainer liners in every night.
Also, wearing the liners kept me from snacking because it was too much trouble to remove
the braces, eat a piece of candy of something I shouldn’t have eaten anyway, clean my
teeth, and put the liners back in. So Invisalign was a good diet control for 18 months, and it
remains easy for me not to eat between meals.
It probably goes without saying that Invisalign braces resulted in a change for the better in
my appearance. Even half way through the process, everyone noticed the difference when
we got together for a big family reunion. And I loved the photos (for a change).
Now I am finished with the actual liners and people who haven’t seen me for a long while
always comment on how nice I look. I’m not sure they realize it is because my teeth are
straight now, but it’s obvious I look better than they remembered me! Those who see me
everyday have got used to how I look, but there are a few little things I still notice. I can take
a bite of an apple or a sandwich with my front teeth, and don’t have to bite from the side of
my mouth any longer. Also, I no longer have to take my glasses off when I eat sweet corn
because little bits of corn don’t splash up onto my glasses with each bite. I still notice the
nice, straight bite marks whenever I do bite something with my front teeth. Gone are the
jagged pointy bites. And I am much more happy to have my picture taken now that I can
smile with confidence.

expect during treatment. I put my first aligners on my teeth on February 27, 2007. It took a
few weeks to get used to having them on my teeth, but now I am so used to them that I

PERIOLASE LASER TREATMENT
"What would have been a very long and painful treatment for gum disease was
accomplished in less than six hours and without any pain to speak of."

teeth. As you know, I came to you with an extreme fear of dentistry and I must say that both
you and your staff have changed my attitude completely.
I am especially thankful for introducing the “PerioLase” treatment here in Bellingham. What
would have been a very long and painful treatment for gum disease was accomplished in
less than six hours and without any pain to speak of. Having to eat soft food for a few days
was the only down side for me. I cannot thank you enough.
The other restorative work you have done seems like magic to me. The lack of discomfort

My experience with the staff of Dr. Prager’s office and his use of laser treatment for my
dental care was outstanding!!
My reason for selecting the periolase treatment was easy. Before Dr. Prager's evaluation,
the recommended solution to my dental problem was to have painful gum surgery along
with tooth extraction and dental implant screw placement in my jaws. I really did not want to
lose any more of my natural teeth. Fortunately, I happened to read about Dr. Prager’s new
approach of using laser treatment to solve dental problems just like mine!
After my initial appointment, I knew I had made the right choice. Under Dr. Prager's care, I
have not experienced any of the painful procedures previously recommended, nor have I

There’s no question about it, I hold the dubious honor of being in the top 10 of “biggest
sissies” when it comes to going to the dentist. Because of this childhood borne fear, it takes
a tremendous amount of discomfort to urge me to actually place a call for help. After years
of improper dental hygiene, the moment came when I had to seek help. It was a flyer from
Dr. Prager that caught my eye, and with great reservation, I set an appointment.
There really isn’t a large assortment of people (professional or otherwise), that would make
me want to sit down and write a letter of recommendation, but after experiencing many
